This episode is one of the more humorous ones from Smallville. In the first few scenes, Lois Lane is shown jogging on the countryside when a barn door falls on her. It was revealed that Clark has caught a cold (which should be impossible, for he is alien) and has sneezed in the barn, causing the door to fly miles away. Clark struggles to learn to deal with concentrating to avoid further accidents with his super-breath!
This is also yet another episode where Chloe helps Clark hone his abilities, this time particularly his super breath, which we discover can break through concrete and metal walls!
